A question I get asked a lot is, “How do you do it all and where do you get all this energy!?”  I decided to take a few minutes to share some of my top tips with you all. Like most of you reading this… I have a busy life that consists of wearing many different hats. As one hat is taken off, immediately, another hat is put on.  #momlife #bossLife #Hustle

So let’s dig in!  Just so we all have this clear… I am nobody special and I absolutely do not have magical powers Lol!   What I do have, is a 10 letter word. {MOTIVATION}  This along with ACTION is how I am able to do it all; run 2 homebased businesses, homeschool 3 children, raise 6 with one on the way and Inspire & Coach woman around the world.

We all have it in us to be successful!  No matter how big or small your goals are,  you can accomplish each and everyone of them.   I will list a few things that I implement in my daily routine that have been extremely helpful.

•Take a moment to get prepared the night before.     Look at your calendar to see what is scheduled for tomorrow. If you have children, pack their lunches and have their clothes out ready to go.  Pick my outfit for the day and set my keto drink on the counter so when I wake up it’s the first thing I make.  (This is my secret fuel for the day!)

•Set my alarm 30-45 mins before I have to start getting ready or getting my kids ready so that I can have “me” time.  This consists of reading my daily Bible Devotion, Drinking my Keto fuel and stretching.

•Once my brain is into action… I get out a piece of paper and pen and begin writing a TO DO list for the day. This is a lot more detailed than my calendar.  I will include phone calls that need to be made, business duties that need to be carried out, chores and setting appointments etc…   I then take the time to prioritize this list based on time sensitive tasks.

• By this time, all of my little ones (5yrs, 3yrs, & 2yrs) are up and full of energy!    The day is in full action and at this point… I already feel accomplished because my day started out peaceful and organized! (AND my brain is completely focused because the KETO’s have kicked in)

•Now you may be thinking… That all sounds nice and dandy… But what happens as your day goes on and you find close to zero time to get this list done.  So here is my little trick;  throughout the chaos of your day, set a timer for 10 to 15 minutes and choose the top item on your time sensitive list.  During that 10 to 15 minutes,  get that item accomplished.   You can do this several times throughout the day and it is amazing at how many things you will be able to cross off your list.   What you don’t finish during that day; you will add it to tomorrow’s list and again, everything will be prioritized by time sensitive tasks.

• Throughout the day I make it a point to pray.  Now when I say pray, I mean that I simply talk to God. I ask him to give me strength and wisdom. I Praise him for all of the amazing blessings I have in my life in addition to all of the struggles I am facing.   This keeps me motivated and because of my faith, I am able to move closer to my dreams/ goals every single day.

Taking these tips and putting them into action on a daily basis has made a huge difference in finding peace in my chaos.   I hope that you have found them to be helpful as well.
